The electronic portal for new and existing clients.
Why is everything electronic?
Almost everything in our medical world has transitioned into some type of online or electronic system. This allows for better continuity of care between your providers, and also streamlines the paperwork process.
We do ask that all clients do their best to complete all the paperwork we sent them at their intake as this also helps allow you more time at your initial appointment.
We ask that all clients provide a credit card on their files to allow us to bill copays efficiently.

Use the original email address you provided to agency as your user name.
The password can only be reset by calling the agency. A reset link will then be emailed to the email address you have on file.
What is in the portal?
Your telehealth/teletherapy link will be available once you log in.
All of your new patient paperwork will be located in this portal.
Secured billing options are also available, as well as seeing your current balance.
Problems or Questions
We understand that not everyone has access to the technology to complete everything online. We will make accomodations for those that need it. However we ask that you please try to complete as much online, if any, that you can.
If you have questions, concerns, or anxiety about completing this paperwork call our staff to assist you. We do not want this to be a barrier to your treatment. We are here to support you, not hinder you from receiving care.
